The automated cleaning cycle*, automated minimum effective concentration (MEC) monitoring, automated leak detection** and automated blockage** detection reduce inconsistencies associated with manual processes.
Easy and accurate recordkeeping for compliance
The EVOTECH® ECR monitors critical cycle information, which is recorded and printed out to help with compliance requirements. Cycle information can also be transferred and stored digitally with ASP ACCESS™, thereby improving and simplifying the process of data management.

Technology that not only ensures fresh disinfectant and detergent with each cycle but also reduces healthcare worker exposure because no pouring is required.
Individual channel pumps
Each endoscope channel is connected to a separate pump for proper perfusion based on the specific endoscope make and model, providing precise reprocessing parameters.
* Does not eliminate bedside cleaning and may not eliminate manual cleaning; Health Care facilities should follow their own policies and procedures related to the reprocessing of endoscopes to ensure they are complying with all steps recommended by the device manufacturers and are consistent with current standards and guidelines. Not all endoscopes can be automatically cleaned, but may be high-level disinfected. It is recommended that endoscopes with open/closed elevator wire channels be manually cleaned as per manufacturer’s instructions in addition to using the cleaning cycle of the EVOTECH® System. Please refer to the EVOTECH® ECR User Guide and specific connection diagrams for more detailed information regarding cycle capabilities.

Manual cleaning of qualified medical devices (endoscopes) is not required prior to placement in the EVOTECH® ECR when selecting those cycles that contain a wash stage. Not all endoscopes can be automatically cleaned, but may be high level disinfected in the EVOTECH® ECR.
